Internet speed test

Measure download, upload, HTTP latency and jitter with a real browser transfer test.

Starting transfers test data to and from Cloudflare. This uses your connection and may count toward your data plan. No personal file is uploaded.

What is being measured?

This browser test measures data transfers to Cloudflare. Download and upload estimates use the last two, largest transfer samples. HTTP latency is the median of six small requests after a warm-up; jitter is the average change between consecutive latency samples.

How to read the result

Mbps means megabits per second, not megabytes. Wi-Fi, VPNs, other traffic, browser overhead and endpoint load affect results. Short, single-connection transfers can underestimate very fast connections. This is an estimate, not a certification of your ISP plan or an ICMP ping test.
